MInDS students awarded CS@Mines Outstanding Undergraduate and Graduate Student Research Awards

Two members of the MInDS@Mines team were awarded Outstanding Research Awards earlier in the year. Kai Liu received the Outstanding Graduate Student Research Award and Kai Nichols received the Outstanding Undergraduate Student Research Award.

The Outstanding Graduate Student Research Award is given to a graduate student for outstanding research and is chosen by the CS@Mines graduate committee.

The Outstanding Undergraduate Student Research Award is awarded to a top CS@Mines graduating senior with significant research contributions. The winner is nominated and voted on by CS faculty.
